ABOUT CESARONI + SON

Our story began sixty years ago when our founder, Sam Cesaroni, had a vision to build the best possible interior finishing and contracting company in Toronto. Equipped with the knowledge and insight from his early construction experience, he started Cesaroni + Son. Early on, the company gained a reputation within Toronto’s construction community for its commitment to quality, fine craftsmanship and a strong work ethic. As such, our company has been a leading partner in the creation of many of Toronto’s landmark buildings, including the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, CBC, and many of the commercial, cultural and institutional buildings that define the streets and cities of Ontario.

Six decades of interior finishing has taught us a thing or two about contracting. The Cesaroni story begins with Sam Cesaroni investing his savings for the down payment on the company’s first half-ton truck. That was how the company got its start and he never looked back. Coming to Canada in 1953 from Raiano, Italy, a municipality 150 kilometres from Rome, Sam tried his hand at many odd jobs before deciding on a business in construction, specifically in plastering. Since its inception in 1955, the Cesaroni business earned a reputation based on the company’s dedication to the job. And it’s the same strong work ethic displayed on every job since that’s made Cesaroni the company it is today. Exceptional service sets Cesaroni apart from the competition. From the start, the intention was not to be the biggest, but rather, to be the best. And Cesaroni delivered on this promise by providing the kind of service that kept clients coming back. By being reliable. Through superior workmanship and use of quality materials. By completing projects on budget and on time every time. Our staff are union members and are regularly trained in various aspects of construction management and general contracting. Cesaroni + Son employs its own labour force, ensuring that we are able to handle any project regardless of size or scope. We have become especially well known in the industry for the work we perform in interior office renovations, both in occupied and unoccupied spaces.
